Urban Peaks Rehab is a Suboxone clinic located in downtown Denver on the corner of East Colfax Avenue and Lafayette Street. We are conveniently situated between the Capitol Hill, Cheeseman Park, and City Park neighborhoods making us easily accessible to the Denver metro area. The 15 and 15L buses stop at Colfax Avenue and Downing Street just 2 blocks from our location. Urban Peaks Rehab is a 15 minute walk east from the state capitol building. We are eleven blocks from the Harm Reduction Action Center, five blocks east of the Fillmore Auditorium, and four blocks east from the Ogden Theater. Coming from the City Park West neighborhood we are four blocks south of St Joseph Hospital and Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center.
